Dear Susie,
Your book "Angels Of A Lower Flight" and your blog have given me hope as well as wisdom as I move forward in my own ministry in Haiti. I am returning to Quanaminthe in less than 30 days and can't wait to see the beautiful orphan children in our hope home once again. Susie, please pray for this ministry as we learn more about Haiti and where can begin to make a difference. Please read a bit of my blog www.restorehaiti.blogspot.com and offer any insight you can. I am a youth pastor from the Chicagoland area. I was born and raised in Orange County, California but have been in Illinois for about 12 years now. My life as I have known it is over since coming back from Haiti. Like you, the mission was clear after returning from Haiti that this will be my new way of life. We have to build a school for these 1500 children who are in a school that is dangerously close to a collaspe. If you have advice in doing so, please, I beg you, tell me how.... I wish I could make it happen yesterday. You can read my story about my little boy Wilderson who is one of the orphans I have come to love dearly. One who I held in my arms as the Dr pieced him back together... well he left me a message on my voicemail this week. He broken English but heartfilled begging to have me back in Haiti. "Martha, your my momma, where did you go..." I have to keep going back. I have to help others bring hope to Quanaminthe, Haiti. You and I, like many are partners in a journey designed by God. This is his plan, and I will be patient. Ten years ago, I buried my own 1 year old son from a cardiac defect I could not fight against. Dear Susie,
I read your book "Angels of a Lower Fight" and it touched my heart deeply. However, I just watched the video of you and "Little Carl" and it made your book come alive--it made it REAL. Oh how I wish I could snap my fingers and be there in the ABU holding and cuddling those precious children right now. When the camera panned the room, I got to see all the babies/children in their clean cribs--some smiling with sparkles in their eyes. You're amazing, Susie--you have been obedient to His will for you. God bless you.

Je suis Pierre Elize membre l'Eglise de DIEU DE LA PROPHÉTIE DE MASSO deuxième section petit bois COMMUNE DE GANTHIER et une partie sur la commune de CROIX-DES-BOUQUETS. MASSO une localité ou la délinquance juvénile fait la urne ,pas d’école, pas d’hôpital mon désir étant que l'un des membres responsables de cette dite Eglise et un jeune voulant un changement dans la zone tient à vous demander de nous aider à pouvoir implanter une école dans la mission que Dieu vous donne de faire la charité, une façon d'aider les couches vulnérables à pouvoir fréquenter et pour la plupart e sera pour la première fois.ça fera l'histoire car la situation de la zone est chaotique quasiment sous toutes les formes.
